The Birman Cat is a breed distinguishing itself by refined beauty and noble character. The cat has long silky hair, light-colored coat with darker color patterns (known as "markings" or "point") and snow-white feet with characteristic shape, known as "gloves", "shoes", or "spurs". There are eight basic coat color patterns. It is an average size cat.
The Birman Cat is very gentle, peaceful, sociable and even-tempered, it also easily accepts and cherishes the whole family.
This cats forms great attachment with their keepers and constantly seek contact with them. It is cuddly and always playful.
